You can change your order any time before payment or just cancel this order and create a new one. We do not recommend changing it after you made the payment as it may delay your order.

1. Log into your account
2. Track your order by following Account -> Orders -> Tracking
3: A tracking ID will be shared through e-mail id or message which you can use to track on the corresponding third-party courier service tracking portal site.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

The processing time depends on the specifications of the products. Our average processing time is 1-2 days.

As of now return items are accepted base on the pre-defined return services availability pin code area describe on website portal (Please do check your pin code area and its available services before placing the order).
If customer willing to return the item then follow the item return process description given on order invoice which you will received along with your product.
Once we received the product item to our address, we will initiate the refund process which will take 5 to 7 working days.

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled before it is shipped or once return item is reached to our address.
You should submit a ticket to request cancellation in our support centre of app.
We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

We shipped products through all available third-party Courier services base on the location pin code area.
A shipping charges will be applied if the order amount is less than Rs.500/-.
Free shipping is applied to any order amount above Rs.500/-

For some orders there might be a few days delay. But please do not worry if the tracking records are normal and updating.
We will also do full tracking on your order and update accordingly.

If the parcel turns out to be missing, we will do a full investigation on your order and we will issue a full refund to you.
